We supported the customer with envisioning and scaling their digital transformation journey, we carried out the deployment of K2 and helped with the automation of over 20 core banking and operational processes, while integrating with; T24 Core Banking Application, Azure Storage Blob, SOAP Services, REST Services, SQL Server Database, etc.

 

 

 

In a bid to drive seamless operation and faster time to market, we created a clear digital transformation path for the customer, deployed, built and implemented over 80 core banking, customer-facing, and internal operational processes. We provide ongoing support for the K2 environment, as well as new and existing processes built on K2. Active integrations include Finacle Core Banking Application, Azure AD, SOAP Services, REST Services, SQL Server Database, etc.

 

 

 

We had the commission to create and implement about 60 business processes to align the bank with its vision to automate all its processes together with automatic versioning and approval workflows. K2 was deployed as the workflow tool which was interfaced with all the client's LOB (line of business) systems including Oracle database, Microsoft SQL, SharePoint, Flexcube Core Banking Application, SOAP Services, REST, etc. The K2 solution allowed us to build rich interactive forms which enhance the end-user experience, creates extensive workflows, and improves reporting which covers every part of the business. We currently provide ongoing support to the client for the K2 environment.

 

 

 

9Mobile (then known as Etisalat) required a quicker turnaround time for transactions, automated approval processes, process monitoring and analytics. We deployed K2 and simplified their business processes and replaced rigorous approval processes with simple and automated ones. We fused what were three different processes into a one-stop-shop for some of their most popular processes which integrate with their bank- one of which is the Duty Travel Request. We created a user experience second to none that helps increase productivity amongst staff and transparency between departments and cadres.

 

 

 

We supported the customer with the deployment and automation of core business processes to get them well and truly on their way to providing seamless services to their numerous customers.

 

 

 

Jaiz Bank had considered other platforms for the automation of their key processes before deciding on the Nintex K2 offered by Sakal GB. We have since deployed, and completed process design, build and deployment of the Account Opening process, while integrating with; IMAL Core Banking Application, Azure Storage Blob, SOAP and REST Services, and SQL Server Database. We are now in the processes of developing the Facilities Origination system for the Bank. Ultimately, we hope to support their journey by helping develop key processes and offering excellent support services to increase their business outcomes.
